Paint Removal

Removing paint from brickwork allows the building to breathe naturally, even the smallest crack in the painted building will allow moisture in, and over time could cause damp areas to form on the interior of the property. Having the paint removed could reduce the maintenance cost in the event of that happening – prevention is better than cure. Dynamic Restoration Ltd will use a specially formulated solution to help break down the layers of paint to return the surface to its original face.

With any paint removal works we cannot guarantee the paint will be fully removed from the pointing. To give the best finish we advise clients to have the area repointed after a paint removal has taken place.
